well i've come to another chapter...bout to undergo further study eek! it's all through distance correspondence though...so it's all up to me, no teacher beating me with a stick telling me what to do...i gotta tell myself instead :P I have 6 mths to complete the first subject, which contains 4 modules. [by the way im doing diploma in financial planning] modules are risk management, superannuation, investments and estate planning. risk and super will be easy cause i'm familiar with it but investments and estate planning may something more for me to tackle through, but its all good.

 

and in other news...i still have a job. we had a meeting this morn, and well boss has decided that he doesn't want to continue with the sale of the practice anymore so yay for me i guess. however, we're moving to another building like 2 blocks up...so ill still be in the cbd yippee :D

mmm not alot else to tell...it's the first day of spring. thank goodness the warm weather is surfacing. winter's a miserable time of yr for me...that and rainy days lol some rainy days aren't bad i guess. but they make u not want to do anything and i hate that...i like to be outside in the freshness :D

..mmm...well it was the ekka holiday today, so it's good to sit back and relax and watch another day pass by :P last night i saw u me and dupree with one of my net buddies :D good movie, good company, good night. 

 

today....went to the movies AGAIN lol and saw hoodwinked, which is pretty funny. Then shortly after some lunch i went out and helped a friend shop for a new phone. cause hers is ratshit. got me thinking about buying one for myself...cause mine is boring :P. And that was it for today's adventures. back to work tomorrow.

 

still no news about the sale of the business...so im still in limbo.

 

hmm...wish i went to the races...but with no frock and no date there was no chance of that! haha! oh well maybe next yr.

 

well winter's nearly over, and thank god for it. i can feel the summer heat already :P...if only a little :P

 

mmm...cant really think of what to write...which is pretty shameful since its been nearly a mth since i last wrote an entry. oh well having said that i'll come back if i think of something.

 

 

nothing exciting this weekend...yesterday i went shopping with mum. we went into a pet shop and i instantly fell in love with the kitties :D they were only $25. soo could've taken one home...hehe. then we went to the mall...looked at clothes, cds, went to big w...then got kfc on the way home. that's saturday.

 

today....all i really did was go for a drive with dad. im getting better...focused on my reverse/parallel parking skills :P considering this was my first intensive lesson on those...i think i did quite well. i got the hang of it in the end...let's hope i can do it next time :P

 

atm im downloading a highly addictive game called cake mania. it's a kiddie's game..but i like it cause its a thinking game also. basically, you gotta make the right shape cakes, with the right colour frosting for the happy campers so that they pay you enough to meet ur monthly target. and well each level gets harder...customers get impatient...etc etc.

 

hmm...im bored, i think i might go to bed soon. nite.

yep, back from another day of work. I don't think i'll have this job for much longer...my boss wants to sell. So looks like im going to be back to jobhunting very soon. I was shocked when i first heard, but im more understanding now. He has his reasons. I'm going to miss it though. I can't think of another place I'd rather work than where I am now. I had it great...it's a blast coming to the city everyday, being right in town and stuff. I'll miss that. So I guess you could say that i feel a little uncertain about where my future is headed atm...I hope i find another place located somewhere similar...with nice ppl!

 

Anywho...tonight is State of Origin...the decider. GO BLUES!

Hmm not feeling the best today. i think i got the flu. subsequently i rang work and told my boss i wasn't going to be in. i hope i feel better tomorrow so that i can join in with celebrating end of traineeship/staff's b'day/end of financial yr at a really nice restaurant ;) don't wanna miss it.
